Gabi is amazing, always gives an amazing service and makes me feel comfortable!! No complaints about my time with her :) Appointment management is frustrating though, before most of my appointments I get a call asking me to move my appointment earlier and even when I decline due to work commitments it still gets moved with less than 24 hours notice and no way of moving it back. Not respectful of customers time!

It was a wonderful experience. I am very pleased with the treatment, and Priscila is an amazing beautician . Priscila made the experience relaxing, plus she is very knowledgable and gave me a lot of helpful skin care tips. I will return in the future to give my skin the extra special treatment.

Love this place and love the girls that work there . Dr. Eldimarys Curry-Machado has a wonderful new little facility in Crystal Palace. I was a client of hers for several years in Harley Street and have decided to travel to Crystal Medica instead because her personal dedication to her clients and private facility really make it worth the trip. The centre provides several cosmetic and beauty options including hydro facial, CO2 laser, radiofrequency, micro needling, botox, PRP, wrinkle treatments, threading, peels, IV drips, and so much more. I really recommend booking in a consultation.

I don’t normally leave reviews but these guys were brilliant. The communication was great, they phoned me when there was an admin issue to clear up, then when I went to the wrong branch (one of those days) they fit me in anyway. The attention to detail was brilliant and I’m overjoyed with the outcome. The technician took her time and wanted to ensure I was happy, even when the next appointment arrived I didn’t feel rushed. Super informal and easy vibe, and I loved daydreaming out the window during some rare downtime while being made to look presentable again. Will definitely return.

Always receive a professional bespoke service. My skin's appearance has much improved since attending the clinic and receiving treatment, which has not only been noticed by me. I would highly recommend. The clinic is very different and personable compared to other clinics I have attended; you do not feel as though you are on a conveyor belt!
