Katherine is amazing. I told her my skin concerns and the treatments I had in mind and she offered great advice, talking through some safety concerns which meant I decided not to have a treatment I wanted which I was completely unaware of and she could’ve quite easily ignored and just taken my money! Then suggested alternatives which she thought may work better and explained why. She’s very knowledgeable and makes you feel super relaxed and confident that she’ll do a great job. I’ll definitely be returning!

Sophie provided a lovely service, listened to what I wanted and then delivered an excellent cut. She communicated clearly throughout the appointment about what she was doing and checked in at different stages to see if I was happy with how it looked. I'm often not at ease in salons but this experience was lovely and Sophie is a really great conversationalist and a fantastic stylist.

I never leave reviews but i was so amazed with my experience that i had to leave one. When i got there i was warmly welcomed by them. They gives a lot of time to patients to discuss and consult before they would do the right treatment. Very professional i felt so relaxed and i am happy with the lemon bottle results. I highly recommend this clinic and their services. ❤️❤️

Traveling for two weeks, my back and neck were sore from sleeping on a hotel bed. I found this gem that had great reviews so I booked a 90 min massage. The massage was fabulous!! I wished I would have found this place sooner so I could have gone twice while in London. The price is very inexpensive for the amazing service they provide.
