I throughly enjoyed my facial. It was extremely relaxing and I enjoyed the different components to it. I also liked the fact that it lasted an hour as often treatments don't last as long as stated.

I had such a great session today having my Skin Scan Analysis! Charlotte has a wealth of knowledge and her passion for what she does really shines. She was so great at explaining the results from my scan and the 'why' and science behind it all in a way that I could understand. Charlotte was very welcoming on arrival we began discussing what treatment I had in mind, Charlotte advised me of options that were open to me, including which she felt would suit me better, she was very thorough explaining carefully each procedure, Charlotte gave me sufficient time to ask questions if I had any. This was the first time I had attended the Clinic and having arrived feeling a little nervous by the end of my session I felt much more relaxed and felt able to book a treatment.

Had an Illumifacial with Ami 3 days ago. My skin feels amazing! I have already noticed a reduction in the brown pigmentations that I had and the veins around my nose have completely gone. Ami made feel very comfortable and talked me through the whole process. Lovely little salon, would highly recommend.
