By far, the best massage I’ve ever had! Almetris is AMAZING! I booked an hour and a half massage with hot stones and deep tissue. Almetris suggested adding cupping to enhance the hot stones/deep tissue, and I’m so glad she did. These add ons were the perfect combination. I also enjoyed the stretches which were an additional perk that aren’t typical of most massages. Finally, I love that the Healing Hippie is just down the road from me. I’ve lived in Hampstead 16 years, and it is so nice not to have to drive into Wilmington for a great massage!

I've probably had close to fifty deep tissue massages over the past few years from different therapists around the Raleigh area before recently moving to Hampstead. Lea is hands down one of the absolute best that I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of anatomy and sensitivity to past injuries, while also being able to find the smallest knots that I didn't know where there, has been simply amazing for me. I leave every session feeling energized, more focused and healthier. When I get back home my wife even says I look younger and more alive. I highly recommend her!

This was my first appointment at the Healing Hippie. I received a relaxation massage from Noel on a very cold December afternoon. The room and table were warm and cozy. Noel provided the requested amount of pressure and seemed to know where to spend more time on areas that needed some extra work. The massage included aromatherapy and hot stones which enhanced the massage wonderfully. I left the massage feeling deeply relaxed. Noel was able to remove the top layer of stress from my muscles in the 60 minute session.

Fantastic experience! My deep tissue massage was wonderful. Marie was able to make a lot of progress on my back and shoulders using both hot stones and cupping techniques. My muscles were like cement before, so this is great improvement! I loved the smell of aromatherapy throughout the session and felt it was worth the cost.

Massage was fantastic. Would recommend getting a two hour one hour was not long enough also the hot stone and cupping was amazing at to overly done just enough on the target that were giving me issues. Pressure was fantastic and I was asked if the pressure was fine at least twice. The massage started on time as well as was the full hour if not a couple minutes more Got a one hour massage and a hand mask. I'm a tradesmen and my hands are very rough and my wife said my hands were very soft when I got home, but next time I'm going to get the foot mask.

You never know what you're gonna get when you try someone new, but Nicole did an amazing job! My massage today was an early birthday present and in addition to the 1.5 massage I also got the Cold Crown & Hot Ground add on. It was perfect. Nicole applied just the right amount of pressure in each area, tailoring my massage to my personal needs. I woke up with a headache this morning and the cold stones on my neck and face felt wonderful! I did not leave with a headache and I felt so refreshed. I will definitely book with Nicole again.
