Ella was absolutely brilliant! I had a full body massage as well as an eyebrow wax and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The massage was incredibly relaxing and professional — she really listened to what I needed and made me feel completely at ease. My eyebrows look perfect too, shaped and tinted exactly how I wanted. I had such a lovely experience with Ruby and couldn’t recommend her enough. From the second I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She’s such a kind and caring person and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and wants her clients to feel looked after. Before starting my facial, Ruby took the time to talk to me and ask me about my skin and what areas I was most concerned about, which I really appreciated because it made the whole treatment feel so personal and tailored to me.
