Amy is very good at what she does. I favour a strong massage for a bad neck, headaches and tight shoulders. She uses regular massage techiques ... plus hot stone ... plus cupping ... all as part of my one hour Remedial massage. Very very thorough and a lovely lady too!

I had a wonderful remedial massage with Any yesterday. It was not my first, I've seen Amy before ... and won't be my last. Amy knows my sore areas, mainly neck and shoulders. She also knows I prefer very firm pressure to release the tension. She is wonderful in adding some hot stones to it too. I always love to finish with a little foot massage, as I'm a Reflexologist, and Amy listened to my need for it to be gentle. I would highly recommend both Amy & James. They are both very professional & friendly.

Prior to my massage I had severe neck pain and migraines and nausea. I booked in with Amy from A1 Massage, and she was really lovely, thorough, and asked me how she could help and to explain the pain. I had a 1 hour remedial massage which was so lovely and relaxing, one of the best massages I have ever had, I immediately felt relief and have gained back 70% mobility since, I could not move my neck at all before. She did head, back, arms, neck all in 1 hour with care and you could feel the years of experience she had. I recommend this massage parlour 100% they are amazing.

Wow wow wow is all I have to say!! Ashley provided the ultimate experience. From the moment I walked in I was met with a tranquil atmosphere. She was professional and has a lovely presence of calm. The hot stone massage itself was the best I have ever had. I didn’t want it to end. Ashley pays great attention to the finest details, she had the most empowering playlist that heightened my vibrations. I have been to Endota previously but this was incomparable!! I will definitely be coming back to Ashley for future massages. Highly recommend.

So far I have had a remedial and a couple of relaxation massages. Every time I come out feeling lighter and refreshed. I love how Ashley will tailor the message to your needs. Having visited for both relaxation and also to address pain. I would highly recommend. The space is so relaxing, from the oils, to the crystals and the angel cards. Great value for money and amazing service. Can’t wait to try the hot stone massage next.

Just being around Ashley gives you a sense of calm. I have now had her relaxation, hot stone and deep tissue massage I can honestly say I will never go elsewhere. From one mum to another she offers a beautiful space, gorgeous smells and hands that work absolute magic. Walk out feeling lighter and refreshed every time.
