I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I had the Cupping + Aromatherapy Massage (30 Minutes) and it was amazing. The combination of soothing essential oils and gentle cupping relieved so much tension in my back and shoulders. Even in just 30 minutes, I felt relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably lighter. Perfect for a quick but effective stress reset — highly recommend!

I’ve been looking for a London-based healer like Maria for a while. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and a calming presence. Her space is warm and inviting. Immediately, I felt safe in her care. I’m very much looking forward to our next session.

Amazing facial as always. Nicole really knows my skin and even though I live on the other side of London I only come to her because I cant trust anyone else 😅 lovely to catch up after so long. Already looking forward to my next appointment.

The therapist’s ability to switch gears is incredible. She used elbows for the knots in my shoulders but kept the rest of the session fluid and rhythmic. Urban Therapy really lives up to the 'clinical' part of their name—they know anatomy. Highly recommend!

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

Steph completely transported me in that massage! Not only was it deeply relaxing on my body but I’ve never felt so calm and clear in my mind during a treatment! I added on cupping and it seriously elevated the experience as Steph could work on other parts of my body while the cups did their thing! Would highly recommend as an add on! Xx
