I originally went in for a Japanese head spa but there was an issue with machine. I was offered a head massage and hair treatment instead. Gabriel was lovely and sweet and I was very relaxed through out my experience and my hair felt great after.I also wear the hijab and the staff where very accommodating with lowering the blinds ect... definitely will be back.

Always an AMAZING cut by Gill & my hair is still lovely & smooth from my keratin blow dry I had before my holiday. Can not recommend the keratin blow dry enough as saved my super thick frizzy hair from the humidity while I was away in Thailand. Managed to wear my hair down every night on holiday for the first time ever & it was still super smooth & frizz free 🤍

It was my first visit to Blond & I loved my first experience there. I had Megan and she was so lovely!! I had a treatment, cut & blow dry and I felt so pampered and cared for and she did such a great job. She gave me so much time and it was such an enjoyable experience. Can’t wait to come back! Gabriella was so lovely and so attentive to all parts of my treatment. I booked last minute and will definitely be a returning customer.

Service- I went for a keratin blowdry. The service provided by Abbie was great. Considering that the entire process takes approximately 2 hour, she had been very patient, thorough and showed professionalism throughout the procedure. Rate- Since, the treatment was in January offer, I got it done at 55 pounds, which I personally consider was cheap compared to the normal rate of keratin treatments (it was a good offer). However, the reduced rate did not compromise the quality of the service. Staff- One thing that I like about the place is that the staff is friendly. The place is welcoming.
