The first thing that caught my attention were the indigenous plants being grown and the amazing aroma as I stepped in. The consultant was friendly and patient. She’s done an incredible job on my brows. Definitely going back for a facial!!!

Everyone, from the owners to the therapists were extremely friendly and welcoming. The therapist, Chante, is lovely, warm, very gentle and experienced. Love my mani, pedi and facial. What a great experience enjoying one of the most relaxing facial treatments I have had in a very long time, with lovely music playing quietly in the background. Cheryl explained what she was using and the benefits of each product, and gave me guidance on which products and their benefits I could use going forward once my existing products run out - no pressure to purchase products which was also great. I arrived 45 minutes earlier than my set appointment time. I was immediately welcomed, the atmosphere was relaxing and tranquil. Rachel was kind , very soft spoken, friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had a massage, facial and mani done. Overall a wonderfully beautiful experience, I'll definitely go again

Another relaxing experience with Jenay, she is so gentle with the waxing process always talking me through every pull and checking if the temperature of the wax is not too warm. The facial was relaxing and afterwards she assisted me at the store next door with a few hair products and perfumes. This is really my favorite place to relax and unwind. I can't wait to come back. What an experience. This was my first visit to this hidden treasure. I booked a wax and a facial. Jenay was so gentle, the waxing was done efficiently and carefully she reassur me and asked me if I was okay which was very comforting. the facial was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. I will definitely be back for more especially after Jenay informed me they have a salon upstairs. The pricing is also really good. This place is a hidden gem I had an amazing experience

This was my first time visiting Mood Beauty and what an amazing experience it had been. The ambience of the place was beautiful, calm and very relaxing. I had the pleasure of being attended to by Cikizwa, a wonderful beauty therapist inside and out. One of the best massages I've ever had and I've been for quite a number over the years. It's as if she senses where the muscular tension is and works away all the knots without me having to ask. The best 2 hours 40mins that I've enjoyed in a long time. (Full body massage with facial and express manicure AND love your feet package).

I did the cellular renewal therapy and experienced the effects of the treatment almost immediately with my rash clearing. I love that this is both a facial and treatment combined. It was refreshing being taken through the process and the products being used while doing the treatment. I would definitely recommend the clinic. The service was really good too.
