Can’t begin to describe how amazing this was! The most relaxing facial experience I’ve ever had and Luci was so lovely and welcoming. I had the 90minute asmr facial with the dermaplane add on and my skin is glowing! I will be recommending to friends and family aswell as returning myself . Truly 5star experience.

Had two treatments today, reflexology and a black diamond facial. Both were carried out by Shabana, amazing does not come close to describing the treatments and experience. I’ve had black diamond facials before, not just a facial it is the most relaxing experience, this is definitely down to Shabana’s exceptional skills. Never had reflexology didn’t really know what to expect. Will definitely be having more. If you’re thinking of booking a treatment - don’t hesitate just book you will not be disappointed. You’ll come away feeling chilled and energised in equal measure.

I’ve been going to Lynn for almost a year now and genuinely don’t have a single bad word to say! Her lymphatic drainage massage, waxing, and facials are all flawless—absolutely spot on every time. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Not only do you receive top-tier treatments, but you also get the chance to truly relax—something I struggle with due to a high-stress job. Shabana was polite and very experienced .She did a brief skin consultation before the facial and explained the process which she tailored as per my need . she started the facial with a brief session of meditative mindfulness which I thought was very good. This was my first experience and it didn’t disappoint . I was welcomed and felt at ease . I had a Derma-plane facial and It was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing ! I was impressed by the attention to detail from the service , presentation and the extra touches. . I received a refreshing smoothie when I left . I recently complete vampire facial training with Lotus rose. Professional , great communication and very well supported. Will be going back soon for more training and will recommend to anyone looking to further skills. Had a brilliant experience and can’t wait to be back!!
