Always top class service and willing to answer my 547 questions about skincare, makeup or whatever other minefield I've got lost with on the Internet. For about two/three weeks after a facial I get constant compliments on my skin (and I'm terrible at keeping on top of regular skin care). Highly recommend!

Lovely ‘Awaken’ scrub massage and facial with Laura. Really relaxing and loved all the different temperatures of the warm cloths and cool face mask 🥰 would recommend. Laura was really lovely and made sure I was hydrated and comfortable!

Another fabulous facial from Ellen. I also asked about ongoing skincare and it was so great to be pointed in the right direction. I was toying with the idea of a rather expensive service and rather than snapping my arm off, she recommended a much lower priced service as that's all she felt I needed. Nice to know that she is focused on finding the right service as opposed to taking as much money from you as possible! Highly recommend!

I went to Tilly Rose for the first time yesterday to get a full pamper, Swedish full body massage, manicure, pedicure and facial. My whole experience with Cerys was amazing! My first facial at Tilly Rose. A beautiful facial with visible results, it was an express treatment but the experience was luxurious and felt anything but express. Each process and product was explained, and it was very relaxing and enjoyable. I will be going again.

A wonderful facial this morning which included a head massage; very relaxing too.

Ellen is so knowledgeable . The treatment room and facial were calming & relaxing. I left feeling very chilled and my skin has been glowing ever since. Now feeling very confident bare-faced 😃
