I had an hour facial; wow! I felt so relaxed from the minute I walked into the therapy room; the smell was so calming. Imogen went over my details and then I snuggled under the warm blanket and drifted away while she worked her amazing magic! I really didn’t know what to expect; I could have laid there until the morning! I floated home thoroughly relaxed and chilled! I honestly can’t recommend Imogen’s facials enough; she’s amazing! Thank you!

I found the hydro facial extremely good. I didn't like the suction part but it did really work well and I noticed a big difference overall just after. The lady at the clinic was really nice. I had a crease in my forehead and saggy jowels and there was a big improvement. My skin felt very soft

Such a lovely few hours with Libby today, a full body massage and a Korean facial with sculpting. As usual Libby was polite, explained everything in detail and made sure I was warm and comfortable at all times. Libby is particularly good at isolating the knots in my back! I feel wonderful now! I been coming to vian since 2011 ; she had done my teenage children hair then, and my daughter still comes to vian know; throughout the last many years I always felt comfortable and welcome here , vian is the only hairdresser I have used since. She is friendly kind and caring. I will always suggest via to my friends and family! The kindest lady in Crawley is Vian.

Antoneta performed a facial masaj for me , with high good creams/solutions, face cleaners lotions, had my face cleanned for black dots , and pilled very well . She is no rushing and completed 1 h massage in a well polite manner . Great service

First time going to Ains Beauty and I’ll definitely be going back. I saw this salon advertised on instagram and the hydra facial looked impressive compared to ones I’d had before, I decided to give them a go and booked in for a hydra facial with Naila. Naila was lovely and spent time going through my skincare routine and advised on a more suitable facial for my skin type. I took Nailas advice and I’m so pleased I did, my skin feels and looks amazing, my skin was very dehydrated and dull and now it’s glowing. I highly recommend Naila and I’ll definitely be going back.😊

These ladies are simply wonderful. The atmosphere is lovely, they’re all bloody excellent at what they do and I cant say enough thank you’s to Nicky for my incredible lashes and Klaudia for my new hair. Feeling less like a frumpy mum thanks to these ladies. Cant wait to go back for my facial and brows. 10/10 would recommend.

My first appointment was today, I was a little nervous going to a different hair dresser , but vian was lovely very professional and had a lovely set up which was spotless , she takes to me whilst doing my hair and I was so pleased with the hair cut and service vian provided , I had a trim the next time is highlights her price list is amazing see you next time thanks again from Bev x
