Ruby was the sweetest, kindest, and most welcoming person, but also incredibly talented. She was truly amazing. I had the most wonderful and relaxing treatment and facial it exceeded all my expectations. Although I asked a ton of questions, she was so patient, open, and genuinely happy to explain everything. She walked me through every step and took her time, even though it was a long appointment. I’m so grateful for how incredible she made me feel. I had no choice but to book another appointment and hug her before I left. I can’t recommend her enough.

I had my first visit with Ruby for a 90 minute facial and I wish I can give 10 stars!! The room is so inviting, warm and tranquil as was the music and such pleasant atmosphere. Ruby was fantastic and professional, I received an amazing treatment and felt extremely relaxed afterwards. I will certainly be coming back very soon!

Ruby and Jess are always so warm and welcoming. Everything there is super luxuriously cute, clean, and cozy! The space is always ready and organized and just soooo relaxing. I highly recommend to anyone looking for professionals who are incredibly well informed and know how to help you care for your skin. Their facials are elaborate and tailored to your needs. They adjust as they go to make sure your concerns are addressed. I also highly recommend Ruby for her insane talent at doing lashes🥰

I had the most incredible facial with Vanessa, and I can’t recommend her enough. With 17 years of experience, you can feel her expertise in every step. She was so intentional and gentle, taking the time to explain each product and technique. The facial massage was out of this world, easily one of the best I’ve ever had. My skin looked noticeably improved right after the treatment, and now, days later, it still feels amazing and looks better than ever. Vanessa truly has a gift. My experience in this salon has been one of the best experiences I've had doing my nails in Montréal. Since the tender age of 15 or 16 years old, I've settled and gotten used to mediocre quality. I'm currently 28, my first set of nails at Riria lasted me for almost 5 weeks with no cracks, fogging or lifting. The design art is seamless, my nails don't feel like they have too many coats. The products they use are fantastic. The space is clean and welcoming. The girls are talented and meticulous. I strongly recommend my girl Neda, she's incredibly talented. I love my new refill, Thank you 😚

J’ai pris le forfait Gold en duo avec mon amie et c’était absolument incroyable. Massage de la tête (incluant le waterfall head massage), du cou, des épaules et des bras, ainsi qu’un facial, chaque moment était un pur moment de détente. C’était tellement relaxant et paisible, ça m’a fait vraiment du bien. Un grand merci à Maria qui a fait un travail exceptionnel! Le personnel était adorable et l’ambiance très apaisante.
