Katie is absolutely lovely and instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The waxing was quick and as painless as possible, and the results are perfect! The massage afterwards was the cherry on top. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. I absolutely love this place! Always leave feeling incredible. I’ve had both Thai and deep tissue massages (pressure as hard as you like). Today I treated myself to a combined massage and facial which was complete luxury and just what I needed after a busy, stressful week. 100% recommend.

I had a full body massage and a facial “Dermalux” with Katie, and it was a great experience. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The treatment room is very cosy and she will put you at easy very quickly. I would recommend her without a doubt, and will be back for sure!

I see Freya every 4 weeks for a back exfoliation and facial. I can honestly say it is the best massage I have ever had. For the whole day I feel really relaxed. Today I tried microneedling, I was a bit apprehensive as I thought it might hurt but it didn’t one bit! My skin is super glowing! Will definitely have again.Can’t recommend the beauty shack highly enough! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A lovely experience - great spa facilities and especially enjoyed the sauna. Had a 90 min massage and facial - it was quite invigorating as Beatrice was quite swift with her movements! Got the pressure perfectly though! To make it great, it would be nice to have a towel included, and I would have appreciated a more relaxing than invigorating massage. Otherwise lovely spa and easy to find location

My god! This was heavenly! I had a full body massage previously and lost 3lbs the next day - Laura-Lea really distressed me and clearly worked out some of that water retention too! This time I had the Back, Neck and Glow and it’s honestly the best treatment I’ve ever had! It’s my first time having a full facial massage and it feels like the stress I was holding just left my head and mind. Thank you for having magical hands - I can’t wait to visit again!

I had the most amazing experience at SkinScape in Bristol. I went in for a facial that included a facial peel, and it was honestly the best treatment I’ve ever had. Sasha was so professional, warm, and knowledgeable – such an amazing woman who made me feel completely at ease. The treatment room was beautiful, the space felt relaxing, and everything about the experience was perfect. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and so well looked after. Highly recommend!

I have had some great massages at some really nice venues but this was by far one of the best. From being greeted at the gate to the tea at the end, the whole experience was unbelievable. From the moment you step onto the studio, you’d forget you were in Bristol and you’re transported to an idyllic remote location where the service and experience couldn’t be more relaxing.
