When I lived on Hornby Street, I visited this eyebrow salon every month. They are so careful, professional, and great at what they do! Since moving to North Vancouver, I haven't forgotten them; whenever I’m downtown, I always make sure to stop by. Even when I don't have an appointment, they are always so kind and welcoming, fitting me in between their other clients. I always leave feeling great about my eyebrows! I highly recommend them—and don't miss out on the relaxing massage they give you after your treatment.

Highly recommended! I’m 100% satisfied with the treatment I receive at Knead Mount Pleasant. This is my second time booking a massage here with an RMT, and both experiences have been excellent. Quite honestly the best massage I have ever had. Yumi read my muscle tension to the tee and the pressure was PERFECT for the entire treatment. I wish I would have found this place sooner as am not from Vancouver and this will be my last trip here for a while. Only thing that caught me off guard was the level of static in the massage table dressings. Pre and post massage experience were phenomenal.

My experience was absolutely wonderful! Rina was incredibly sweet, and the massage was both relaxing and refreshing. I also really enjoyed chatting with her about Japan and sharing some of my own stories—it made the visit feel even more special. The hospitality and service were outstanding. If I’m ever in Vancouver again, I would definitely come back!

I visited Knead in Vancouver for the second time, and the experience was just as amazing. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, setting a great tone from the start. My massage therapist, Ava, was highly skilled and truly put her energy into the session. Her expertise made a noticeable difference, leaving me deeply relaxed—so much so that I forgot my belongings twice. I highly recommend Knead, especially Ava, for anyone looking for a high-quality massage. I’ll definitely be back.

We did the couples combo korugi/kobido massage. Very relaxing that we fell asleep! We started off with an essential oil foot soak and was led to a couples for the massage. Was able to adjust pressure and overall very relaxing that I had to fight to stay awake. Massage ended in a separate tea room with a rice cracker and hot tea. Overall very pleased, will book again the next time we visit Vancouver!

I wanted a layered cut that’s trending in Korea, and Diane gave me exactly the style I was looking for. From the very beginning, she carefully checked in with me about the length and the shape throughout the cut, making sure everything was perfect. I was really impressed by how attentive she was to even the smallest details. On top of that, she explained how to manage and style my hair easily at home. I went to Panache for a silky smooth face. Geet was professional and very detailed oriented. I loved my natural brow shape. She also helped me with the makeup. The face massage at the end was a nice touch!
