I had an amazing colour consultation with Arch. He was very attentive in giving me best options to keep my hair not only beautiful, but also healthy. There was no rushing, we even went over the time. And the receptionist was very friendly too.

Absolutely fantastic! Ingrid is incredibly talented and did an amazing job on my hair. It’s clear she truly knows her craft, and I felt completely confident in her hands. Luisa was really helpful in the hair consultation and acknowledged that what I needed for my hair and treatment. I laid down my concerns with my hair and she answered in the best way possible. Cannot wait for my next appt on 2nd July 2024.

It was one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. My sister had recommended going to them for a silk press & her recommendation was so strong that I had to book them. When I went, I understood why. The amount of care I had from every employee at the salon (not just the person doing my hair) was impeccable. Jo, Nellie and Jacqueline (apologies if I’ve spelt any names wrong) genuinely took their time with my hair, giving me a free consultation and recommending products I would use in the future. Nellie was the absolute best with my hair, I couldn’t believe what she did to my hair!!!

I found my experience at Hayato London very positive. My stylist (Hironao) took the time to listen carefully during the consultation and recommended a hairstyle that worked perfectly for my hair. Every step was handled with great care and professionalism, from the relaxing shampoo and massages to the precise layering cut and final styling. I'm very happy with the result.

Dan was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and accommodating (as well as the other staff). He listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and it came out even better than I expected. He also helped me with some consultation on hair color and we did a patch and strip test, so I'm excited to come back and get my hair colored!

I visited Hayato on January 27th for a haircut, shampoo, and a consultation about perm options. The experience was absolutely fantastic 😍 ☺️ Airi, my stylist, was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and patient. She carefully listened to my concerns and needs, offering sincere and professional advice. I'm beyond satisfied with the entire process. Also, the tea and little treats provided were a lovely and thoughtful touch 🙌 wikl definitely come for perming and treatment

Brilliant warm welcome as always from the lovely Kat. My regular hairdresser is on maternity leave so I was quite nervous about trying someone new but I was quickly put at ease by Claudio and given a very relaxing hair wash and head massage. Claudio is very knowledgeable and a is pleasure to talk to. I am very happy with my new style and look forward to my next visit. Brilliant 👏

My hair feels less frizzy and softer, it retained its natural texture. It’s like my hair but smoother and better. A gentler option to your straightening treatment The space it’s beautifully decorated and the atmosphere very relaxing, highly recommend!

Armin provides an exceptional service every time. He pays great attention and care to detail and genuinely cares about getting your haircut just right. Easily one of the best barbers in London. Highly recommend him for a sharp, clean trim!

The best experience I've had in London so far. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and I was offered a drink. Then another lady washed ans prepared my hair for the cut. She was lovely and professional at the same time. Hakan then took time to listen to what I wanted and also had great suggestions based on my hair type. The attention to detail, precision and effort he put into my haircut and blow out were incredible. He's a true magician! Highly recommended.
