My first time getting a haircut at the salon. Gemma was extremely friendly and our little consultation before the cut made me feel very at ease. She also did an amazing job on reassuring me regarding my hair condition and also allowed me to adjust my haircut according to my liking! Definitely returning.

I found my experience at Hayato London very positive. My stylist (Hironao) took the time to listen carefully during the consultation and recommended a hairstyle that worked perfectly for my hair. Every step was handled with great care and professionalism, from the relaxing shampoo and massages to the precise layering cut and final styling. I'm very happy with the result.

This was my first time at tutti fruitti! It was such a lovely environment completely different from usual hairdressers. Fabien talked me through things really thoroughly in the consultation and was very understanding of my budget when helping me plan my hair goals. They were also great at taking into account inspiration vs what works on my specific body. When it came to cutting my hair, Fabien was *extremely* thorough even though I was the last client of the day, and I walked away feeling amazing! Thank you so much and I can't wait to come back!

Just had the most amazing experience with Peter William Hair. I went in for a cut and colour, and came out feeling completely refreshed and confident. Peter really took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered great advice, and absolutely nailed the final look. The colour is spot on, the cut feels fresh and flattering, and the whole appointment was relaxed and professional (who doesn't love a cocktail and cut). Highly recommend if you’re after someone who knows their craft and genuinely cares about getting it right.

I visited Hayato on January 27th for a haircut, shampoo, and a consultation about perm options. The experience was absolutely fantastic 😍 ☺️ Airi, my stylist, was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and patient. She carefully listened to my concerns and needs, offering sincere and professional advice. I'm beyond satisfied with the entire process. I had a 5* treatment at Elizabeth’s salon and came away truly feeling like a million dollars, and in love with my new hair! Elizabeth was so lovely, she treated me like a queen and the time in the chair flew by. She is super knowledgable about how to treat different types of hair, and whilst I went in feeling skeptical about whether balayage was right for me, I left feeling so happy with my new colour and with a healthy head of hair. Omg I am never getting my hair done anywhere else again, salons usually give me anxiety but as soon as I met Carla and stepped in to her salon I felt so relaxed, she made me a beautiful hot chocolate while we did my consultation, and watched some comedy on her laptop while we chatted and she did my hair, I am so so happy with the results I have had so many compliments on my new hair. After having a baby if felt so bad about the way I looked but you really gave me my confidence back I can’t thank you enough, see you in a few months xx

Great service, Matt is such a fantastic hairdresser, I am his client since 2022 I can't imagine to go somewhere else to touch my ,he got the best hands for a hair cat or colour etc. Always my hair looks Magnificent. I am strongly recommended Matt .

I get my hair done by Ludovic at Glamhair studio and I have absolutely nothing but praise. As a stylist, Ludovic is incredibly talented but also provides valuable experience and opinion during consultation. He rescued my hair from a previous salon experience and I haven't considered trusting anyone else with my hair since! The Salon is always clean and has a friendly feel to it and this compliments my service every time. Worth noting, the mirrors do not make you cringe at yourself as much as some harshly lit salons do! Already looking forward to my next hair appointment!

I've been coming to this salon for blowdrys for the last 6 months & today I had my face frame balayage,cut & blowdry.I was nervous at first due to past awful experiences elsewhere,but I can't express how happy I am with my hair today!Jason was amazing,he made me feel at ease & I trusted him every step of the way.His talent shone through the entire process,from consultation to the finished look.The salon is beautiful & feels luxurious,providing a calm environment where I could get work done while my hair processed.I’ve already rebooked for my next toner and cut.Thank you,Jason & Luna team! Pavi is some sort of wizard. I should be banned from the hair aisle on boots because I cant help myself. I bleach my own hair and unsurprisingly it didn't turn out well. I booked in with Pavi for colour correction and she talked me through the options super clearly and I didn't feel stupid asking questions. I also didn't feel judged one bit for being a silly to think i was able to bleach my own hair 😂 She really saved me and bought my hair back to reality with a lovely bright blonde. I will not make thos mistake again but she did great! Thanks x
