The staff was quite professional. I booked some services for my mother for Mother's Day not realizing that Barbados was locked down on Sundays. The staff reached out to my mum and informed her of the need to give her an earlier appointment at her convenience. I am so touched by this. After my mum got home, she called me to show off her treatments. She was well pleased with her eyebrows and the foot and hand massages. Needless to say, she will be back. Thank you guys for making this Mother's Day special for my mum!

We had a coupes massage and it was heaven. The room was dark and relaxing once we started we were asked if the pressure was good. We felt great when we were finished. We book a massage here everytime we visit Barbados.

This is our third year in a row that we have gone to Karma Spa because of how wonderful the massages are that we receive there. Excellent massage! Felt like a new person after my session. Therapist was on point and worked on muscles that I didn’t realize were so tight (legs). Thank you so much- I will be back.

Customer service very commendable. The massage and pedicure was good, definitely enjoyed them both. The attendant was friendly and made sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend and they are now the go to place for me.
