Holly makes this aspect of physical self-care, a real treat for the mind and soul, as well as for the body. The atmosphere is very warm, cozy, and completely zen. Booked a full hour massage and asked Holly to sort out my back and shoulders , my goodness it was AMAZING, it was one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had, I could actually feel the knots in my shoulders being massaged away. Holly is truly professional and friendly and kept asking me if I was okay all the way through the treatment. I felt so relaxed afterwards and cannot wait to return.
