I have always had an amazing and relaxing experience at this clinic! Each time, I leave with my skin feeling so rejuvenated. Also learnt some exercises and tips on how to relieve the tension on my face, which has greatly helped in reducing the frequency of my headaches. I had an amazing facial experience with Sim! She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session . She checked in regularly to see if I was okay, and her technique was both gentle and effective. My skin feels refreshed and glowing, and I truly appreciate the care she put into every step. Gabi is amazing, always gives an amazing service and makes me feel comfortable!! No complaints about my time with her :) Appointment management is frustrating though, before most of my appointments I get a call asking me to move my appointment earlier and even when I decline due to work commitments it still gets moved with less than 24 hours notice and no way of moving it back. Not respectful of customers time!

I came in for a consultation, Lauren was very warm and welcoming and explained all my options really clearly. I had a patch test for a treatment I’m interested in but there was no pressure to schedule a follow up appointment. However, I will definitely be returning!

Jay is as fantastic. I usually use my other beauty place, but today was an emergency and booked Jay for the 1st time. She was absolutely fabulous and very professional. Also she simply was genuinely a very nice and thoughtful person. She did my waxing super delicate knowing that I have a very sensitive skin. She’s so lovely — friendly, down to earth, and always makes you feel completely at ease. Her treatments are really effective, she offers a two-week top-up as standard to make sure everything has worked perfectly — something not all providers do! It’s always such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Super professional, made me feel really comfortable, and worked with so much care and attention to detail. Everything was done efficiently but never felt rushed. My skin feels smooth and fresh, and the threading was perfect not too harsh at all. Highly recommend Rhea if you’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing!
