I have been speaking to Sira about my skin and skincare for a while now. As with Lucy and all the other technicians at Offbeat, I feel safe and taken care of. Lucy was a big part of me starting to look after myself and realise I was worthy of self care like this and Sira has only added positively to that journey of self love! She was amazing today and made me feel so calm and her advice was really clear! She was so helpful and welcoming and just lovely! Great customer service. Dr Naren is excellent. He spends plenty of time discussing the client's hopes and expectations and executes his work in an efficient and professional manner. You can really relax during the procedure with the knowledge you're in good hands. Would definitely rocommend Skin Firm.

Lucy is great. I am a nail biter of many many years and after two visits my nails are already improving. Lucy has given great advice -for example keeping the colour neutral and looking after the skin around my nails. She's shown really good understanding of the niggles of a nail biter. I would highly recommend. The other staff are lovely ..it's a nice relaxed atmosphere too.
