This morning I had a skincare consultation with Abbi which went extremely well! She was very kind, understanding and informative. She explained to me the best way to make use of the products that I am using and that are working for me (as opposed to previous skincare specialists/ Derms that I've seen who have told me to scrap everything and go for overpriced products that may/may not work for me). It was so refreshing to speak to someone like her who isn't a "one type fits all" specialist. Thank you so much for your advice and my lash tint Abbi! I look forward to working with you :)

I had the radio frequency facial this week which was incredible and I have subsequently booked a course of five treatments. Visible tightening and lifting can be seen after one treatment and the wonderful massage at the end stimulates the circulation and glow to the skin.

My appointment with Dr Rielle was a delight and I am even happier with the results! From the first moment of the appointment, I knew that she cared. She attentively listened to my concerns: I have dry and oily skin, with discolouration and I’m getting to the age that I need to consider an anti-ageing regime. Dr Rielle expertly explained the science of my skin condition to me, helping me understand my concerns. The personalised care regime she provided was so easy to follow and such a useful guide. Within a few days my skin seemed to glow and I have had more than one compliment from friends!

I really enjoyed my bespoke facial with Olivia. There was a lot of care and time put into the facial including a pre facial question guide to help communicate the things i would like to work on and any concerns i had with my skin, it was clear Olivia had taken the time to read through this and tailor my experience/products accordingly. This was not simply just an apply products and send you on your way type of facial, there were multiple phases, no rushing, both facial, arm, neck and upper back massage! I left with my skin feeling both relaxed and invigorated at the same time. 100% rebooking

As always an 11/10 experience! I have been going to Millie for years and can say that she always does such a good job. Recently I had a facial as I had broken out and needed one before my engagement party, it was like a miracle, my skin was totally clear after 1/2 days. I have also got to mention her waxes, Millie will get everything, literally won’t leave a hair behind and does it with such efficiency! What a great place AND a really nice and welcoming atmosphere. Have come a few times now & always have a consistent experience with Sonia! My dry skin is literally transformed for weeks after one treatment. It’s so surprising because I don’t experience lasting soft and bright skin this long after facials where synthetic materials are used. It’s surprising that an all natural, non toxic facial would have this impact! I really recommend getting the facial done from Sonia - she’s really warm, friendly & calm on top of being great at what she does! Tea afterwards is so relaxing too.
