Had a nightmare experience with work changing my shifts last min, being stuck in traffic etc everything that could go wrong did. Claire was lovely and told me not to worry and just keep her informed which I did and she managed to get me in late last night. Can't thank her enough. Claire kindly fitted me in at very short notice after my usual nail tech let me down, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I live just round the corner, which is a bonus, but more importantly Claire made me feel completely comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. I'm buzzing because I've never been able to grow my nails under acrylic tips, long enough or strong enough to not need them, until today. Honestly I don’t know where to start,I can’t recommend this lady enough.I’ve been having treatment of Jess for a few years now for my eyebrows lip and chin waxing and eyelash tint,facials.she always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed and I always leave feeling much better about myself.she is professional but also genuinely lovely warm and caring,she’s very easy to talk to and takes a lot of care and attention with everything she does.I rely on her massively,and always look forward to our appointments.💗
