I had a body wave perm with Sam and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result! I couldn’t find anyone in Newcastle who offered the kind of perm I was looking for, so I travelled to Lancaster to see Sam—and it was 100% worth it. My hair has beautiful, soft waves with so much more volume and movement, and it still feels healthy. I would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone thinking about getting a perm. Thank you so much! ❤️

Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Iv had my hair done by Grace 4 times now. Each time she has done an amazing job. Best stylist iv ever had. Shes always very welcoming and just an absolute pleasure to chat with. She takes pride in her work and this shows. She asks, listens and advises which I appreciate. Shes an all round lovely person who is very good at what she does. Cannot rate Fika highly enough. Sophie and the girls are so welcoming and friendly. I had Sophie today to have some north hair extensions in and I am in love. Sophie is attentive and works with you to get everything you want from your appointment.
