I went in for a protein treatment and had an amazing experience from start to finish. There was absolutely No Wait Time, which was a huge plus! Ashlee made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and Kyna was very informative—she really emphasized the importance of maintaining great home care. It's hard to find an old school hairdresser that provides all the services. Plus I like her welcome board where she puts.your name, it makes it feel more personal than just business. Next is very accommodating and understanding and goes out her way to make sure you're comfortable and leave feeling satisfied

Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

The service at Aquarius is always top notch. The staff are friendly and attentive and the services provided are excellent. The head massages during washes are always the best. I always leave with a customized hair color and look forward to the next time.

This was my first time here and I was comfortable. I never felt like a first timer and everything that was done to my hair was explained to me in full detail which I love. My hair didn't take as long as I had anticipated and that made me very happy. Overall I would rate this experience a 10/10 and I would recommend her to others.
