I always have a fantastic experience at this salon with Isla. She is kind, attentive and very skilled. I had a balayage yesterday and after going home was a little unhappy with lighter colour just on a small strand of hair at the front. This was sorted out by Isla the next morning without a fuss and without being made to feel like a nuisance, and I am very happy with the result.

Visited the salon again today had Louise she’s absolutely amazing I leave it all in her hands to do my hair. She done revive package highlights root colour toner trim style and everyone has commented on my hair saying it looks really nice it’s the second time I’ve had Louise and I’ll Defoe be going back

First time going to Ains Beauty and I’ll definitely be going back. I saw this salon advertised on instagram and the hydra facial looked impressive compared to ones I’d had before, I decided to give them a go and booked in for a hydra facial with Naila. Naila was lovely and spent time going through my skincare routine and advised on a more suitable facial for my skin type. I took Nailas advice and I’m so pleased I did, my skin feels and looks amazing, my skin was very dehydrated and dull and now it’s glowing. I highly recommend Naila and I’ll definitely be going back.😊

Emma is Amazing...when I first went to her years ago my hair was so thin and short the sides didn't grow... my hair is healthier and thicker and Emma always does a fantastic job im always please with my highlights and toner and always cuts ✂️ the amount I've asked for, always leave 😊 happy.

I had such an amazing experience with Donnie and Maddy! My hair is very thick and quite sensitive, so I’m always a little nervous, but they were both incredibly gentle and attentive throughout the entire process. Donnie did a fantastic job with my highlights — the color is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I hoped for. Maddy was wonderful with the blow dry, making sure to be extra gentle while still leaving my hair smooth and styled beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with the result and the care they showed. Highly recommend them both!

I'm never disappointed with my hair when done by Zoe, hence why she's been my colour tech for nearly 20 years. I've always had positive hair comments on the colour/balayage too.

This place is a hidden gem of a hair salon in Crawley! Such a warm, welcoming, and kind environment. It was my first visit and I absolutely loved everything about it. The atmosphere was so positive, and so were the staff. I was given a great haircut by Nora and really enjoyed the experience, especially with a lovely cup of coffee. Will definitely visit again — thank you!

Sharmin gave me a k18 treatment today and also a haircut, she was very professional made me feel at ease when i told her i don’t want to lose any length since i knew my hair was damaged already, i feel refreshed and very happy with the amount of hair cut and the feel of my new hair . Thank you to everyone being accommodating and kind in the salon :)

I been coming to vian since 2011 ; she had done my teenage children hair then, and my daughter still comes to vian know; throughout the last many years I always felt comfortable and welcome here , vian is the only hairdresser I have used since. She is friendly kind and caring. I will always suggest via to my friends and family! The kindest lady in Crawley is Vian.
