Cutest place and best service! Shaun has been cutting my hair for years so when he made his way to Fort Langley I of course has to drive out from Vancouver to support. Shaun and Jacqui have the most adorable family and the effort and love put into their new place shows as soon as you walk in. If you live in Langley this will definitely be your new favourite hair salon and if you live farther away and want to check out the adorable streets of Fort Langley, I highly recommend making the trip and getting your hair cut/coloured by some of the best!

I recently had a partial balayage and root touch-up done with Elena, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked into her salon, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The space is cozy and inviting, and the one-on-one attention she provides really makes a difference. She took the time to listen to what I wanted—even though I wasn’t entirely sure myself—I truly appreciated her patience and expertise. And can we talk about the chair? The high-tech power chair with the vibrating feature made the whole experience even more relaxing—it felt like a mini spa day!

Shaun is a master hair stylist, great listener and so much fun to sit and chat with. I’ve been to see Shaun 3 times and each visit, he has listened to and understood what I was hoping for in a cut while at the same time offering his own twist on it. Very nice little salon as well. New and upcoming salon in Willoughby -This place is a vibe! The girls are great. For a team of junior stylists everyone seems very experienced. They work as a team and pay close attention to detail. I really enjoyed the head spa. And when I left my glasses behind, they were quick to call and get them back to me. Definitely recommend.

My hair stylist of 25 yrs had moved away & I was struggling to find a new one. I started googling and the name is what caught my attention & then when I read the ABOUT US section I just loved there story & booked my first appointment with Jacqui. I loved how cute the salon was & was delighted to meet both Jacqui & her husband Shaun & the bonus I even got to meet their adorable girls Piper (The Fox) & Quinn (The Fawn) Jacqui is a pleasure... the first 15 min. was a consultation & then she performed her magic, I loved the end result! Shaun was friendly and made me feel welcome. He listened to what I wanted and took great care to cut my hair the way I had asked. I was very happy with the result. Afterwards I had a snack at a nearby bakery. Fort Langley is a charming destination in and of itself, which adds to the experience of visiting The Fox and The Fawn.

I can’t say I thank-you enough. My first visit was a consult, 2nd visit was a full day of colour correction/balayage/root blend to get rid of the bleached yellow/gold/blonde/grey damaged hair, 3rd was a root touch up/cut and WOW!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my new hair! Elena has the most beautiful salon and is equally as beautiful inside and out herself. She is always so positive and knowledgeable and uses the best products. She truly loves what she does and it shows. My hair is so healthy and beautiful. I would definitely recommend Elleven to anyone.
