My first time at Intro, and my first professional hair cut in many years. Tetsu did a beautiful job on my bob, taking time to meticulously check the evenness, take out weight where it looked poofy after drying. Haircuts make me anxious (which is why I'd been cutting it myself), but I relaxed a bit as we got going and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

Caesar was absolutely phenomenal and walked me through every step of what we were doing with my hair, asking me my thoughts and goals for my hair. Maria was also thorough during our consultation. I have had so many bad experiences with hairdressers, but this is by far the best I’ve had. I will absolutely be back and I cannot recommend them enough.

Caesar always gives me an excellent haircut, just walked into my apartment and a friend said "great haircut." Their salon is very pleasant, personal and has a great relaxed vibe. I always see other people looking great when they finish working on them as well.

Laiz was great! I've tried lots of salons but my search is over. She explained what my hair needed and walked me through a low maintenance 1 product routine that gave me the same curls as my 4 product hour-long routine did! Love my cut too!
