Went for a curly hair consultation. Staff were lovely and I felt at ease the moment I walked into the salon. Stephen was super friendly and I'm definitely looking forward to coming back for my curly hair cut!!! They even managed to squeeze me in so that my hair will be done in time for my birthday. My first time at Ferns but it won't be my last. Fern has done a super job restyling my hair from long to short. Looks fab. Definitely would recommend her.

Amazing experience, My first time having my hair done here and I couldn’t fault it! Lucy is so lovely and talked me through all her steps to make sure I was happy, she gave a lot of attention to the details throughout the whole appointment, Lucy let me know how she was styling my hair so I could do the same at home which was really Lovely! everyone was so friendly, the atmosphere was actually amazing, there’s no salon in Torquay like this and I had a really good time here! I cannot fault Lucy’s work one bit! She is very easy to talk to and clearly loves her work! thank you so much !

All good, nice welcome despite it only being a second visit. Morgan does an amazing job with curly hair and great understanding of recommending natural looking highlights. It’s a loss to Babbacombe that Roccoco are relocating to their sister salon in Torquay; however I will certainly continue making my appointments with this lovely salon.

Alex always pays attention to styling suggestions, and is very good at pointing out what would, or would not, be practical with my fine and very straight hair, with reasons to back his opinions up. Always followed by a great cut.
