Every experience here is a joy start to finish. Amy is one talented lady and a blonde guru! I’m usually in for about 5 hours and she does every hour with a smile, my hair is perfection every time. Great experience, been a while since I've been in the hairdressers to get my hair done so thought why not treat myself! Rukky was professional throughout, whilst also giving me hair tips and tricks to maintain my style after I leave the salon. Would definitely be back and definitely recommend!

Rukky is a very professional stylist and one who takes great care to listen to her clients' requests and desires for their hair makeovers. Rukky will not hesitate to give professional view and or much needed advice if clients wishes may need to be re considered - by taking this approach, she ensures that her clients end up with the best hair care treatment and finished look. I particularly welcome her strict policy code on client attendance / punctuality. This ensures no undue waiting times and allows Rukky to fully dedicate her expertise to you without interruptions. Today was my first visit to Always Natural. The staff were very professional. I was seen on time and my hair was done very quickly. I will definitely be making another appointment.

I had a really good experience. Kimia really looked after me and she knows how to deal with my hair. Apart from having to wait outside for a while for the door to be opened at the entrance, my experience was nice. She was very attentive, reassuring, kind and friendly. It’s the second time she’s done my HD treatment and my hair is flourishing. Great combination of amazing products, care and great staff who know how to handle natural hair. I’ve been coming for back to back treatments every few months and I’ve noticed a massive improvement to my hair texture, strength and length.

I came in to get a perm (and haircut) for the first time and Claudia did an amazing job talking me through the process and made me feel like home. The end result exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend others for the expertise they have.

The perfect colour and a cut that requires no maintenance = dream hair. Nicky is a hair genius!

Always a wonderful experience with Nicky who is very attentive, positive and creative. When he has finished, your hair looks amazing!

My experience was amazing! Selasie listens to your concerns regarding your hair and takes this into account when treating, washing and conditioning your hair. I had a standard blow dry service but have had a silk press with her twice before and both such great experiences and my hair reverted. She also provides advice on next steps and how you should be looking after your hair weekly. Whilst there you also get a choice of tea and biscuits on arrival and she is a great conversationalist too. Really happy!
