What a wonderful experience at Penarth Scalp Spa! Helen is so knowledgeable about scalp health and it was so interesting to see my scalp health up close as part of the initial analysis before treatment. The essential oils used really made me feel relaxed and Helen explained everything beforehand. I was so relaxed, warm and cosy I could have lay there all day! The hand and arm massage was also a lovely surprise! Thank you so much Helen!

This is the best hair salon I have visited. Had my hair done by Teigan. What a fabulous hairdresser. My colour, cut and blow dry is wonderful so pleased. Highly recommend. Also Helen has done my hair and highly recommend her as well. Best salon in Penarth.

Always excellent as usual. Hari is very professional, she always gives me a beautiful cut and because of the way she cuts my hair, the style stays until my next cut with her. I enjoy going to Lazarou Penarth as the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

It can always be daunting trying a new salon to cut your hair. Danielle throughly examined my hair to suss out the condition and layers. I’m very fussy when it comes to the cut of my fringe, but she cut my hair exactly how I wanted/liked and did an incredible job! I can’t recommend them enough!

Alex was an absolute superstar with my 12 year old. Not only did he give him great haircut but he also taught him how to style it himself and gave great product advice without pushing the products (although we happily bought his recommended ones as they are lovely!) Would 100% recommend and look forward to booking myself in too!

A wonderful treatment in a beautiful relaxed room. From start to finish it was amazing. Scalp massage, followed by a steam treatment, then a cleanse and nourish. The products smelt so nice and afterwards my hair felt fantastic. I definitely recommend this treatment and you will be in great company with Helen as she's very friendly and explains what she is going to be doing.

I absolutely love how Kasey does my highlights for me and I always leave feeling great. Shes very knowledgeable and gives great advice. My hair was a mix of colours and not great condition when we first met, but this is improving hugely with each visit. Cannot recommend enough.

Amazing as always with the lovely Chloe! I suffer with thinning hair as a result of medication taken for a chronic condition and find it so reassuring and such a relief to get advice and guidance in relation to what will suit my hair the best! Chloe is the absolute best and I would recommend her to anyone. Feel like a new person with my gorgeous restyle.

Kasey and Danielle are very cool trendy hairdressers. They were great with my 14 year old son who is very pleased with his fashionable new hairdo. They are professional and take a lot of time perfecting his style. They are also complying with social distancing and are clean. They wear masks and visors and have disposable aprons for everyone. I definitely recommend their salon as I think they are experts. The best around.
