First of all, Lidia was incredibly professional and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right from the start. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and perfectly understood the look I was aiming for. The result? My hair looks absolutely stunning—exactly what I needed and envisioned! This was my first time visiting the salon as having moved form South of England to West London I was in need of a new salon. As I have naturally curly hair I was also looking for a salon that specialised in cutting curly hair. I was a bit nervous at first as this was a new hairdresser, but Amber definitely has a very good knowledge bank when it comes to curly hair. I knew I was in safe hands. I was very pleased with my cut as my curls came back to life. This salon will now be my go to place for all hair needs.

I’ve been visiting this salon regularly, and every experience has been amazing! 💆♀️✨ About a month ago, I got my manicure and pedicure, and they were done so beautifully my hands and feet felt so pampered and clean. Two weeks ago, I went back for a haircut, and I absolutely loved the result stylish, soft, and exactly how I wanted it the best part was I was suggest to do a cut that actually suits my hair and I loved it💇♀️ Today, I treated myself to a deep conditioning hair spa, and my hair feels incredibly smooth, shiny, and healthy. And also face wax was done with relaxing face massage

After bouncing from one salon to the next for a few years it feels really good to find a home at Tropics to get my retouch relaxers, cuts and colours done. Kayleigh has been amazing. She's so understanding and doesn’t take offence on any feedback I give. She is truly talented and always does what's best for my hair. She bastes my hair properly before relaxers so it doesn’t burn. The staff are also amazing, they get on really well and there's always great conversation and laughs. I always feel at home whenever I go. I would highly recommend Tropics.

I've been coming to studio figura for about 6 months now. In that time, have had 3 manual massages and used the body rollers multiple times. Iwona and the team are very knowledgeable and professional, and the studio's always clean and comfortable. Personally I've seen noticible positive effects from treatments over time, and now a huge advocate for lymphatic drainage! Highly recommend

First time attending the salon and I’ll definitely be back. My hair wasn’t in the best condition when I arrived, but the transformation in just one visit was incredible. Both ladies Shonagh/ Kayleigh were so professional, kind and genuinely funny. They consulted me every step of the way, gave advice on maintaining my hair at home, and discussed what we could do to support my hair journey. They even checked that I was comfortable with the amount being cut off before making any changes. I love my hair. The ladies are truly a dream and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
