Absolutely wonderful experience. This was my first time having my haircut here, and it's left an amazing impression. The salon is neat and bright without being overwhelming, with a very welcoming atmosphere. In regards to the appointment itself I was especially impressed with the wash, especially having a scalp massage done during conditioning. There was very strong communication during the cut about what I wanted and what would work best with my hair, with a clear depth of knowledge shown in explaining certain choices. 10/10 for a first timer.

What a fantastic experience . I currently have a condition putting my neck into awkward positions and haven’t had a cut in 18 months as a result . The two stylists in the salon were amazing managing to do a basic cut working round whatever my head was doing , whilst treating me with kindness care and compassion . I felt quite emotional afterwards .

Barbara was lovely. I was very unsure about what I wanted. (1st time in a salon in 20yrs, normally have at home cuts ) Was offerred a tea/coffee/water on entry. All the staff were friendly. It was a lovely shampoo and condition backwards over a sink. Barbara really listened to me about what I didn't like/want. I wasn't sure what I wanted but I knew what I didn't! Barbara and gave me a fab cut and blow dry (not too done) and I've sent photos to all my friends and gave been swishing my hair all afternoon at the wedding I was attending. That's a huge recommendation
