The staff and customers were unbelievably accommodating as I hadn’t realised that my appointment had not been confirmed. I had inadvertently assumed all was booked. The lesson learnt is that the confirmation email is necessary. Since I had travelled from the Isle of Lewis, just for my appointment, the staff did everything possible to fit me in. I have been attending this salon for years despite living on various islands. I am always happy with my cut.
