She paid attention to every detail, and my feet look and feel amazing – soft skin, beautifully shaped nails, and a real sense of refreshment. This appointment was for my mum who has dementia, I popped on a note on booking has mum sometimes struggles to find the words she wants to say but still loves to chat. She come out feeling like she had met up with old friends! She was treated with respect and dignity at all times she's now knackered from all the chatting and her hair looks fantastic, thank you so much for your kindness and compassion xx

Jess was very patient and helpful in trying to find a colour for my toes to match my nails. She did a good and thorough job applying the gel, felt nothing was too much trouble for her. If I could have given a 4.5 out of 5 I would.

My experience with Char was amazing! The deep tissue massage has really helped my tight muscles and Char worked on the areas I told her were the worst, the most! The Japanese head spa was delightful and my hair and scalp feels so much better after the experience. I have such hard water where I live that it's hard to get my hair super clean so this has given me the boost to get it back to it's optimum health! I'd thoroughly recommend you book in!

Had a nice relaxing experience. Staff lovely and friendly as always.. next appointment booked. Very slightly concerned about the colour at the roots but was told could come back after doing it myself if it needed tweaking which I felt was very fair.

My 13 year old son loves coming to see Jemma and always leaves happy with his haircut. She's so kind and gentle with him. Highly recommend
