Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

FABULOUS. Char is so professional and incredible at her job. Would highly recommend to everyone. This is my favourite salon in Norwich. Everyone there is so kind, caring and professional.

I had such a great experience and couldn’t recommend Kyla enough. I accidentally booked the wrong treatment but Kyla changed it with absolutely no issue and was so accommodating. She even managed to squeeze me in for an extra treatment I hadn’t booked, which I really appreciated. Kyla is incredibly friendly, made me feel comfortable straight away and her workspace was spotless, you can tell cleanliness is a big priority. My gel nail extensions and pedicure turned out amazing, especially for such extremely reasonable prices. I’ll 100% be back 😌

Ellie is thorough with her work and takes her time with each nail.. I had biab gel and my nails are perfect, good choice of colours. They were exactly what I asked for! Highly recommend her

My experience with Char was amazing! The deep tissue massage has really helped my tight muscles and Char worked on the areas I told her were the worst, the most! The Japanese head spa was delightful and my hair and scalp feels so much better after the experience. I have such hard water where I live that it's hard to get my hair super clean so this has given me the boost to get it back to it's optimum health! I'd thoroughly recommend you book in!

We saw the lovely summer that pierced my daughter’s ears she was really lovely made her feel excited about it. She was a bit nervous and she told her she would be fine. Was very quick and lovely. Couldn’t get better service anywhere. She was absolutely perfect.

This appointment was for my mum who has dementia, I popped on a note on booking has mum sometimes struggles to find the words she wants to say but still loves to chat. She come out feeling like she had met up with old friends! She was treated with respect and dignity at all times she's now knackered from all the chatting and her hair looks fantastic, thank you so much for your kindness and compassion xx

Had a nice relaxing experience. Staff lovely and friendly as always.. next appointment booked. Very slightly concerned about the colour at the roots but was told could come back after doing it myself if it needed tweaking which I felt was very fair.
