Emma was excellent. She kindly, gently, and professionally explained the nail treatment in detail and clearly. She was very meticulous in her work, and we enjoyed some nice conversations as well. My nails look fabulous, and they were well cared for throughout the process. Thank you, Emma! This has been the best nail experience I've had in Chester for a long time. I highly recommend it.

Very friendly, relaxing and cozy environment Megan provides, she makes sure that I am happy with the colour, shape and design. I did cats-eye baby pink design, am now obsessed cute shiny nails of mine ✨ 💅🏻 I recommend all girls in Chester to go this salon 😊

Absolutely loved getting my nails done by Megan at Nail Haven! My nails have genuinely never looked so good, the set-up was gorgeous and Megan is such a calming person that it made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. She had loads of colours to choose from and I couldn’t have been happier with the result! The gels lasted just under 4 weeks (around 27 days) and looked amazing that whole time (no peeling/chipping etc) and my nails also seemed in good condition after it was removed which I don’t usually get! Overall 10/10, definitely want Megan as my regular nail technician!

I love this salon the staff are so friendly and welcoming and Lexi does a fabulous job of colouring my hair and gel nails. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

I love my new nails done by Megan!! Just how I wanted it! This is a return visit and I'm happily surprised about how quick and efficient the removal of my previous set went. I do a lot of cleaning in my house keeping role and found my nails grew stronger and longer with the protective gel on. Never thought I could have pretty and stylish nails on a routine basis.

Tara was an angel fitting me in last minute so my nails and toes were perfect for my first overseas live drawing event in 18 months! A perfect French polish to look polished whilst drawing guests at a Parisien wedding!
