Charlotte was really patient as I tried to explain the 'look' I was after - assymetrical bob without the gradated back. As a client, it's so difficult to convey the 'look' you want when, not being a professional, you don't even know whether the 'look' is even feasible but Charlotte mastered it perfectly. Thank you.

I had my makeup done by Ella for a family party, I didn’t have any idea of what I wanted I let her do what she thought would be best she shown me a few photos and worked her magic.
