Been going to Jacky since I found her ad in the local Bedford newspaper and the salon was located in the Arcade. Now the salon is located on Castle Lane with the sun streaming into the salon when the sun is shining like today. I stepped out of the Salon today after my haircut feeling amazing! Thank you Jacky!

Jacky and Justina are a fantastic team. I always feel pampered and leave the salon happy. When I started going to the salon my locs needed a lot of attention. Now two years on I’m glad I did. My locs are uniformed, much longer and vastly improved overall.

Justina was great and knowledgeable . But the other stylist I didn’t feel like they were very welcoming and when I said hello got an appointment I barely got an answer. So the expereince was let down by them

I had such an amazing experience at this salon! I was made to feel welcome and relaxed from the moment I walked in.Gabby truly went above and beyond and is incredibly talented and her expertise is second to none. She took time to listen to what I wanted but also offered advice and honesty. Her level of skill and care really tops any experience I’ve had at other salons and the end result was better than I ever could have imagined. My hair looks and feels incredible and she has given me a whole new level of confidence! She really offers way above a 5 star service and I will definitely return x
