So good! They take care of you so well here and everyone’s so sweet. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she cut and styled it perfectly! The ladies at Kōha Ipswich were lovely, I had a wash and smooth blow out with Hayley, which looked and felt amazing after and still rocking days later. These ladies hair was amazing 👌🏽 and they had good knowledge, I can’t wait to come back for my colour transformation.

Today I had my nails done and, for the very first time ever, I got gel nails! I was a little nervous because I’ve always had acrylics and wasn’t sure what to expect. My daughter kept telling me, “Mum, once you try gel nails, you’ll never look back!” Well… I think she was right! 😍 The difference between gel and acrylic nails is huge — from the application process right through to how they feel. I absolutely loved watching the process, and I was amazed by how they were done. Most importantly, I am obsessed with the result! I finally have my nails back on, they look fabulous

I had my haircut done by another hairdresser on Thursday and they completely ruined my hair. I booked in with Encore as they were top rated in Ipswich (100% agree) to try and fix my hair. I was served my Nicole and OMG I LOVE MY HAIR! She went over what I wanted, washed, styled and made my hair absolutely perfect! She was a lifesaver and saved my hair. The products she used smelt so good and looked great on my hair that I had to buy some!! I have re-booked again in 8 weeks with her and have finally found a hair salon that I want to stick with hopefully for a long time. Thank you so much x
