I had my first facial with Callen today and it was pure bliss. An utter pampering because she is so special. She's gentle, serene, sensitive to your persona in that she is guided by what you'd like and who you are. But will subtly suggest what she thinks your skin needs. I had my very first Hollywood wax today and the experience was amazing! I was so nervous, but she made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. She’s honestly such an angel so nice, gentle, patient, and absolutely lovely. The wax wasn’t painful at all, and she talked me through everything step by step. Today I experienced one of Lucinda’s massages for the first time — a Lymphatic Drainage Massage — and it was unlike anything I expected. Sometimes what makes a treatment extraordinary isn’t only the technique, but because we realise how rarely we allow ourselves to feel completely unhurried and looked after. Lucinda creates exactly that experience. Her massage felt less like being worked on and more like being soothed. Less like being fixed and more like being cared for.
