I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. The Brow Studio is really a hidden gem in Swansea. Jade is THE brow shaping artist, she’s excellent at doing her job that I’m definitely not having my eyebrows done by anyone else. She’s also very honest; when I asked to have my brows tinted Jade advised me not to because I already have thick dark brows, even though that meant less money for her, however everywhere else I’ve been to they push towards having a tint regardless whether we need it or not! I’ve become a regular at the brow studio, I’m also having facial next week, the first time with Jade and definitely another fabulous experience

Satisfied customer! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely relaxed and pampered. Not to mention the room had a cosy feel to it and was warm. Ashley was professional and attentive, ensuring the pressure was perfect throughout the session. I had a luxury dermaplane (my 1st time) My skin felt rejuvenated and incredibly smooth afterward. The facial massage not only helped with tension relief but also gave my skin a healthy, radiant glow. I left feeling refreshed and glowing! Highly recommend Ashley for facial treatments.
