Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had the most relaxing Hydrafacial with Molly yesterday and it was such a lovely experience. She was so warm and kind, as always, and explained each step, making me feel completely at ease. I also had dermaplaning for the first time, and she did it with so much care and attention. My skin felt incredibly smooth, hydrated, and glowing afterwards. Molly is so professional and genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend her and can't wait to book again!

As usual, these ladies do magic work on my feet, managing to get them smooth and colourful each and every time. Whatever I "break", they fix. I had a full body massage and head massage with Molly, and it was such a lovely experience. From start to finish, I felt completely comfortable and able to switch off. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling calm, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Molly was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel special. Anita is so quick at waxing my back and shoulders. I used to dread it at a previous venue as it would always be a slow and painful expereince but the 1st time here, I just couldn't believe the speed it was done at. I would recommend to try here very highly.
