Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had a lash lift and brow tint with Grace and I’m so pleased with the results. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. My lashes look beautifully lifted and my brows are perfectly tinted and shaped. Everything looks natural but really enhances my features. I had a full body massage and head massage with Molly, and it was such a lovely experience. From start to finish, I felt completely comfortable and able to switch off. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling calm, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Molly was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel special. I honestly feel like this is something I need to book every few weeks now because of how relaxed and refreshed it made me feel. This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester
