Hayley explained everything in great detail before the procedure and was really thorough about what it entailed. We had a discussion about what i was hoping to achieve and Hayley talked me through it all. She was very gentle, careful and let me know what was happening as she went along. Amazing relaxing and results orientated facial with Tori!

I felt so comfortable with Fran, she advised me what she thought would be good for me & advised what she didn't think would be necessary. She was very thorough with my medical history and her paperwork, and numbed me prior to the appointment which made me feel safe. 100/10 recommend to anyone looking to begin their journey!
