Im so confident with Rosie..i let her decide whats best for me. Today went for a full colour, cut, treatment and blow. We thought of a colour - i was fine. Then so sweetly she came back and advised something more vibrant - Rosie always gives you the best advice. Today i was very impressed with the lady who did my eyebrows. Thank you xx

A lovely experience as always at Rich. Thank you to Natasha for being so attentive. She recommended a conditioning treatment with nashi products and my hair feels so smooth! Thank you also to Kate for the blow dry and checking the cut.

Amazing service even when rushed off their feet they still managed to cater to everyone and maintained excellent service. Everyone works as a team to make sure the appointments ran as smooth as possible. This was my first visit will defo come back.

I got the hair Botox today, my hair hasn’t ever felt so smooth, soft and shiny. I would highly recommend on natural dark hair that’s been bleached like mine. I’m looking forward to seeing the results.

Had my botox done here for the first time and had a fantastic experience. Blaise made me feel really relaxed and was very helpful and informative about the whole treatment, knowing exactly how to tailor it to get the results I wanted. Looking forward to my next visit!
