90 wonderful minutes! I wanted to gain some mobility in my hips and my right shoulder from some historical injuries. Monika was incredibly knowledgeable and able to work deep tissue and fascia leaving me with increased mobility and an amazing sense of relaxation. Lovely staff, lovely premises, highly recommend!

I met Monica today for the first time, I had booked a full Swedish deep tissue back massage and it was incredible. She is such a skilled practitioner and also made me feel so relaxed. I have been seeing Jo now for a good few years and all I can say is she absolutely amazing and my saviour and that is not being dramatic. I suffer with numerous conditions that no amount of consultant have cured, but seeing Jo has made my life bearable when no one else could. If you ever looking for an experienced knowledgeable sports therapist then you must look Jo up. More to the point if you have lost hope and think you need to go down the route of big operations please try to book in with Jo first. She listens explains and makes the world of difference.

Had my first deep tissue massage with Aneesha this afternoon after having trouble with my shoulder for the last couple of weeks, I can honestly say it feels better already! Ames he really knows what she is doing cannot recommend her enough 😊

I have been having lymphatic drainage massages at Opal with Aneesha for the last few months. Tonight I had a deep tissue massage. It’s honestly the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever had. Aneesha spends so much time on you and really makes sure that you feel relaxed and also informed about what the treatments do for your body. I can definitely feel a difference in my body and mind since starting treatments with Aneesha!

This was my 2nd visit to Monika and I can only say that I will be a regular. I had a deep tissue massage with Fascia release and it was AMAZING! I have been going weekly to see a Chiropractor and Monika found and sorted places that I have been struggling with for years. The next day my neck moved better than it has in over 6 months. I would highly recommend her.

I've had several therapy sessions with Jo, and my back & shoulders feel much less tense and so much better. The sessions are comfortable and Jo is easy to get along with, as well as being attentive to the tensions she finds or that I describe. Jo isn't afraid to use enough force, and also doesn't leave me feeling like I've been beaten. Well-measured therapy. Jo has also advised and demonstrated exercises for my particular issues. I'm very happy with how my therapy is going and I highly recommend Jo.

Met Jo today for help with pain in my right shoulder and arm to see if there was anything she could do to ease the pain. Had a great session with her and she explained what the cause was. Jo was very good and helped ease the pain and gave me some exercises to do to help me going forward. I highly recommend Jo and will be recommending her to family and friends. I will certainly be booking her again for more physio when needed. Thank you Jo.
