1st visit today, had an amazing back, neck and shoulder massage with face reflexology, the room was beautiful, warm and relaxing, the massage was very effective to treat the pain I had arrived with, so much care and attention throughout the treatment, left feeling fabulous, will be booking again soon to try other treatments also. It was a lovely experience. The treatment was nicely done and my therapist was charming and made the experience really relaxing. I really needed that today. I enjoyed the background music as well. The massage chair was truly effective just what I wanted.

I visited Loft, with a friend, for the first time this afternoon. We had a hot oil massage each, topped off with a glass of fizz and cake! The massage was amazing, the setting is just gorgeous and the cake and fizz made it the perfect afternoon! Thank you Loft, we hope to be back again soon!

I booked in for the Autumn glow facial and the back, shoulder and neck massage ahead of my wedding and I am so glad I did! Loft Spa is so relaxed and dreamy and both Holly and Chloe who did my treatments were brilliant. Can't wait to go back!

This being my first visit I appreciated the extensive pre treatment discussions, Natalie asked great questions which helped us both understand my issues and how Natalie was going to approach the treatment I received. I felt so much better for the massage and I will certainly be going back in the future, thank you.

Great massage as always. Kim is fantastic!

Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!
