We were in Brighton for the weekend and managed to secure last minute bookings (due to cancellations) for Mini Spa Treatment Package at Wellness&Beauty. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I enjoyed a range of treatments, including a full body aromatherapy massage, facial, foot massage and back scrub. Gloria did a great job tailoring the massage to my preferences. I felt very relaxed and de-stressed after the session. I would recommend the Mini-Spa package, it's great value for money and great way to treat yourself to rest & relaxation. Thank you Wellness & Beauty

Lolly and Gosia were both very skilled. Lolly’s indian head massage was very relaxing and she used different types of techniques that are new to me. Gosia went out of her way and gave me a massage fusions to loosen up my very solid back. They were both professional and still passionate in what they do.

Amazing is an understatement. I’ve been suffering from sciatica for about a year now and discovered Relax Massage and Alex at the beginning of 2020. He’s friendly, professional and definitely uses an integrative, holistic approach to provide tailor-made massage therapy. He listens, is friendly and accommodating with bookings. I started having the therapeutic option but have now gone on to the more gentle restorative aromatherapy massage, and instantly feel better afterwards. The bonus is I’ve consistently floated home every time! Continuing to go to Relax is no-brainier for me. Thanks again.

Had such an incredible Skincare Facial with Deep Tissue Massage with Marion, she really took the time to make me look and feel amazing. My wrinkles have vanished and my body doesn't ache! I can't recommend Marion highly enough, she is wonderfully skilled and so warm and welcoming.

Thoroughly enjoyed my Table Thai Massage with Flame! She was great, making me feel comfortable while going through the different movements and ensuring that I felt at ease at all times and able to comment on what I wanted out of the experience. Mark made sure I was relaxed and comfortable,explained exactly what he was doing at each stage of the massage and checked on my wellbeing constantly. I felt reassured by his approach and definitely much better after my sports massage. My mobility is easier and the pain I was in has disappeared. I can't recommend Natural Balance highly enough. Yane was amazing! Perfect relaxing facial and then wonderful aromatherapy massage but she also did some deep tissue because I was so tense in my neck and shoulders. I will definitely be rebooking soon.
