Excellent massage! It was intense, but exactly what I needed. Courtney quickly identified the areas causing the most tension and worked her magic to relieve the pain. She checked in with me throughout the treatment to make sure I was comfortable and would have happily adjusted the pressure if I'd preferred a lighter massage. I left feeling so much better and will definitely be booking more sessions. I can't recommend Courtney highly enough!

I booked a last minute appointment after over training and not stretching. I was due to compete in a competition the following morning so I was extremely worried I wouldn’t be able to compete. I honestly can’t recommend Courtney enough. She went out of her way and booked me a last minute late night appointment (then came to find me when I got lost) She listened to me and really went out of her way to work on my injury. She also showed me some stretches to work on during my warm up. I was able to complete with ease and comfortably after her treatment. I will most definitely book back in.

I’m currently seeing Ben for rehab after tearing my calf muscle. After 10 days I’m really pleased with the improvement and the progress that’s being made. A combination of hands-on therapy and clear guidance regarding which exercises to do is working well.

Courtney is very professional, first and foremost and knowledgeable and personable and approachable. While studying for a degree in Physiotherapy at Preston University. She enroled in and successfully completed several Sports massage relaxing massage courses . So what you get with CS Sports Rehab is Treatment from a trained Sports Masseuse who is also a qualified Physiotherapist . Courtney is the reason I have been able to go back to the gym after Piriformis issues and shoulder injuries . Quite simply she is good at what she does.

I had acupuncture on my knee and had a great experience. I was made to feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, and everything was explained clearly. From start to finish at my appointment Martha really made me feel welcome and at ease. She is very professional and explains everything she is going to do. She even looks into your diagnoses before you come to your appointment to see what other acupuncture points can help. When having my treatment it really helped my TMJ muscle in my jaw and even fell into a deep sleep. I really do recommend Martha at Serenity Wellness if your struggling in pain. Also as a new client was given a goodie bag which was a bonus. Everything in it was well thought out. She defo goes the extra mile for her clients.
