I really enjoyed my Red light therapy, Sauna and plunge. What a lovely asset to WsM. I've been a few times now and have been greeted with real warmth and enthusiam by Danni. A wonderful treat for your body. Highly recommended!

I am loving this new addition to Weston-super-Mare. It's so handy to have somewhere to pop in and have a private sauna and cold dip. I am also giving the red light therapy a go. I feel so good after a session. There some very good deals and membership options on offer just now so come and give it a go.
